Discover Outdoors, LLC. guarantees 100% customer satisfaction.  If a return is necessary you have 30 days to return your item.  Please contact us by email before returning an item.  An item returned without consent from us will be refused. Please return items to Discover Outdoors, LLC, Customer Service Returns, 368 Hickory Spring Lane, Union, MO  63084.  Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless we sent you the wrong item or we ask you to return a damaged item. Your item must be returned with insurance.  The items must be in their original condition and packing material.  If requesting a refund, a credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned items.  Credit can take up to two billing cycles to show up on your credit card. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:  

Please notify us about damaged items within 7 days of receiving your items. You may email us at info@discoveroutdoors.us so we can arrange to have the item returned and replaced.  Please keep all original packaging and boxes until you are sure that your items are not damaged.      

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

At this time we ship our items to the continental United States by Fed EX Smart Post or Fed Ex Ground Service  for $8.95.  If you order over $60.00 we will ship for FREE to the continental United States.   We usually are able to ship our orders within 24-48 business hours after receiving your order.  Please allow 2-10 days to receive your order, usually you will receive it in much less time!   Hawaii/Alaska/Canada orders ship for $39.99 and will take longer to arrive (10% discount still applies for 2 or more items).  We will ship outside the United States at this time by quote only except where stated - please email info@discoveroutdoors.us for more information.
