Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless we sent you the wrong item or we ask you to return a damaged item. Your item must be returned with insurance. The items must be in their original condition and packing material. If requesting a refund, a credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned items. Credit can take up to two billing cycles to show up on your credit card. DAMAGED ITEMS:Please notify us about damaged items within 7 days of receiving your items. SHIPPING AND HANDLING:At this time we ship our items to the continental United States by Fed EX Smart Post or Fed Ex Ground Service for $8.95. If you order over $60.00 we will ship for FREE to the continental United States. We usually are able to ship our orders within 24-48 business hours after receiving your order. Please allow 2-10 days to receive your order, usually you will receive it in much less time! Hawaii/Alaska/Canada orders ship for $39.99 and will take longer to arrive (10% discount still applies for 2 or more items).
